What exactly do I get?
Spreadsheet templates come as a single .xlsx workbook that opens in Microsoft Excel (2010 or newer, Windows and Mac) and imports into Google Sheets. Document packs come as editable Word (.docx) files plus PDF. No macros, no add-ins, no external links.
How does delivery work?
Right after payment you land on a download page, and the same link is emailed to you. The link does not expire. If you lose it, email us with your receipt and we send the file again.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. In Google Sheets choose File > Import > Upload and pick the file. Dropdowns, formulas and formatting carry over. We test every template in both Excel and Sheets before it goes on sale.
Can I use it for my business?
Yes. The licence covers personal and business use within your own company, on as many computers as you need. You may not resell, share or redistribute the file.
Can I change the currency, tax or layout?
Yes. Nothing is locked. Currency is a number format you can change in two clicks. Tax rules and your percentages live in a Settings tab. You can add rows, rename things and restyle it.
What is the 14-day refund?
If the template is not the right fit, email support@paplead.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No forms, no reasons needed.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we improve a template you bought, you get the new version by email at no charge.
