Terms of sale and licence
These terms apply to purchases from BizDocs Studio, operated by WebStore Technologies Ltd (Registered in England and Wales). By buying a template you agree to them.
1. What you buy
A digital file (spreadsheet template) delivered by download link immediately after payment. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Licence
- You may use the template for your own personal and business purposes, on any number of devices within your own business.
- You may modify it for your own use.
- You may not resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the template or a modified version of it, in whole or in part, including as part of another product or service.
- Documents you produce with the template (estimates, invoices, proposals) are yours.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank may apply currency conversion. Where tax applies to your purchase it is shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate by download page and email. If you do not receive the file, contact support@paplead.com and we will deliver it manually.
5. Refunds
See our 14-day refund policy.
6. No professional advice
Templates are tools for calculation and document preparation. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice. Tax rates, contract terms and rules vary by location; check them with a qualified professional for your situation. You remain responsible for the figures and documents you issue.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a template is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers in other countries keep the protection of mandatory rules of their own law.
