14-day refund policy

If a template is not the right fit for you, email support@paplead.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

How it works

• Send the email from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt number.
• Refunds are issued within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 days to show it.
• Once refunded, please delete the file; the licence ends with the refund.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For digital content delivered immediately, you consent at checkout to delivery before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; our 14-day refund still applies in full.
