Privacy notice

WebStore Technologies Ltd (ICO registration ZC279450) is the data controller for BizDocs Studio.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address and billing country, collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number.
• When you email us: your email and what you write.
• When you visit: standard server logs (IP address, pages, browser) kept for security for up to 30 days. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why

To deliver your purchase, send the download link, answer support requests, process refunds and keep accounting records required by law (contract and legal obligation). We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery) and our hosting provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

How long

Order records are kept for 6 years for UK tax law. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction or deletion by emailing support@paplead.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
