Are these legally binding?

Can I edit them in Google Docs or Pages?

Yes. Upload a .docx to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Docs, or open it in Apple Pages. Tables, checkboxes and highlights carry over. PDF versions are included for sending.

How do I add my logo and remove the yellow highlights?

Click into the header block and Insert > Picture for your logo. Replace each yellow [placeholder] with your text; the highlight disappears when you select the text and set Highlight to None, or leave it until the final copy.

Is this US-specific?

The language and defaults (Letter size, state law clause, sales tax line) are US-oriented. Everything is editable; outside the US change the governing-law clause and paper size.
