Does this cover my state's handyman rules?

The agreement and acknowledgment have a placeholder for your state's handyman limit and licensing wording, and the Start Here guide lists typical thresholds. Rules differ by state and city, so confirm yours with the state contractor board or a local attorney. Not legal advice.

Can I edit them in Google Docs or Pages?

Yes. Upload a .docx to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Docs, or open it in Apple Pages. Tables, checkboxes and highlights carry over. PDF versions are included for sending.

Flat fee or hourly?

Both. The agreement and estimate let you tick flat fee per task or time & materials with a minimum charge; the work order records actual hours either way.

How do I add my logo and remove the yellow highlights?
