Before you buy
How do I know my production rates?
Start with the defaults (based on typical two-person crews) and time two or three jobs: square feet mowed per crew-hour, beds weeded per hour, and so on. Enter yours in Settings; every price updates. The Start Here tab explains it.
Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. File > Import > Upload the .xlsx. Dropdowns and formulas carry over. The Word agreements open in Google Docs via Open with.
Can I add my own services?
Yes. Five blank catalog rows are ready; give a service a unit from the list (turf, beds, hedge, lot, zones, trees) and a production rate and it prices automatically.
Are the agreements legally binding?
They are plain-English agreements that bind when signed. Fertilizer licensing, late fees and consumer rules vary by state; have a local attorney review before relying on them. Not legal advice.
