Questions

Before you buy

Retainer or deposit, which word should I use?

The templates say 'non-refundable retainer' and explain that you turn away other work for the date. Several states treat a 'deposit' as refundable by default, so the wording matters. Confirm with a local attorney for high-value weddings. Not legal advice.

Does the wedding contract cover a second photographer?

Yes. The coverage box has a second-photographer tick, clause 6 covers exclusivity for both photographers, and the separate Second Shooter Agreement is the contract between you and the person you hire.

Can I paste these into HoneyBook, Dubsado or Studio Ninja?

Yes. Open the Word file, select all, paste into your CRM's contract editor, then replace the yellow placeholders with the CRM's smart fields.

Can I edit them in Google Docs or Pages?

Yes. Upload a .docx to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Docs, or open it in Apple Pages. Tables, checkboxes and highlights carry over.

What if it is not what I need?

Email us within 14 days and we refund you. No forms, no questions.
