Before you buy
Does the booth rental agreement work in my state?
It is drafted around the factors states and the IRS use to tell a renter from an employee: own hours, prices, clients, payments and taxes. State board and labor rules differ, so fill in the placeholders and have a local attorney review before signing. Not legal advice.
Is it for hair only?
No. The intake, consent, policies, release, checklist and sanitation log are written for hair, barbering, waxing, lash and brow, skin and nail services. Delete the lines you do not offer.
Can clients sign on a tablet?
Yes. Open the PDF version in any PDF signing app, or export your edited Word file to PDF. Tick boxes and signature lines print and sign cleanly.
Can I edit them in Google Docs or Pages?
Yes. Upload a .docx to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Docs, or open it in Apple Pages. Tables, checkboxes and highlights carry over.
