Estimates and contracts for lawn care and landscaping
Lawn care pricing goes wrong when it is done by eye. The fix is to measure the property once and price each service from crew cost and production rates, then sell it as a season-long program with equal monthly payments.
The kit below does the math and includes the two contracts most lawn and landscape companies need: a recurring maintenance agreement and a project agreement for installs.

Questions
How do I price lawn mowing?
Divide the lawn area by your crew's production rate to get crew hours, multiply by your billing rate (crew cost plus burden, equipment, overhead and profit) and add travel. The kit does this per service.
Should lawn care be billed per visit or monthly?
Both work. A season program with equal monthly payments smooths cash flow and reduces cancellations; per-visit billing suits irregular clients.
Does the kit work in Google Sheets?
Yes. The calculator is an Excel workbook with standard formulas, and the contracts are Word files with PDF versions.
